What's All The Talk About?

Gossip-
idle talk or rumor especially about the private affairs of others.

The word gossip is not found in KJV translation of the Bible.
It is found in 1 Tim 5:13 as the word tattlers and refers to women that left the faith and spoke of others

ISV At the same time, they also learn how to be lazy while going from house to house. Not only this, but they even become gossips and keep busy by interfering in other people’s lives, saying things they should not say.

KJV And withal they learn to be idle, wandering about from house to house; and not only idle, but tattlers also and busybodies, speaking things which they ought not.

Yet there are other words that denote talk that is malicious and unfruitful in the end. Let us take a look at some of these words and scriptures.

A gossip or tattle is a revealer of secrets and not the secrets of God. They intermeddle with matters where they should not and reveal peoples personal lives.
Such thing as weakness, sin, wrong doing, bad choices of others.
Many times a gossiper is ignorant of what they are doing. These are your simple every day conversations at your local beauty shop, barber, or settings of discussing others in way as to just talk about them and get the latest scoop. This is what I call being a newsmonger.

The next level is a talebearer. A talebearer knows what they are doing and cannot wait to tell a story. " Oh, Do I have something to tell you!

Pr 11:13 A talebearer revealeth secrets: but he that is of a faithful spirit concealeth the matter. {A talebearer: Heb. He that walketh, being a talebearer }
Pr 18:8 ¶ The words of a talebearer are as wounds, and they go down into the innermost parts of the belly. {talebearer: or, whisperer}
Pr 20:19 ¶ He that goeth about as a talebearer revealeth secrets: therefore meddle not with him that flattereth with his lips.
Pr 26:20 ¶ Where no wood is, there the fire goeth out: so where there is no talebearer, the strife ceaseth. {talebearer: or, whisperer}
Pr 26:22 The words of a talebearer are as wounds, and they go down into the innermost parts of the belly.

The next level is the busybody. A busybody purposely digs up information to talk about others. This person is a meddler. They dig up information just so they have something to say about someone.

1Pe 4:15 But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men's matters.

This is unauthorized overseeing of another persons matters!

The final level is that of a slanderer. This is the title of the enemy and this type of level shows what spirit this person is operating in.A slanderer gets information, twists it, and repackages it to bring defamation of character to the one being accused.

Nu 14:36 ¶ And the men, which Moses sent to search the land, who returned, and made all the congregation to murmur against him, by bringing up a slander upon the land,
Pr 10:18 ¶ He that hideth hatred with lying lips, and he that uttereth a slander, is a fool.

Let us cast satan down out of our imaginations and curve our communication as to Glorify God. When we do this we will see power released in our lives in new ways!

Re 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

Let us be slow in pointing the finger at others, lest we find ourselves to be on the wrong side of God

Apostle Jesse

Division In Disguise

Be discerning about deep prophetic people that reveal everything wrong with what they see in others.

It could be
 DIVISION IN DISGUISE

1. They tell the people under their influence what they see wrong with individuals yet never offer prayer or solutions.

2. When they tell what they see they never go to the person or people they're talking about.
Many times they've never had true fellowship with the people they are speaking wrong of.

So they don't know the heart, mind, will or the spirit of those that they are speaking about.

3. They have an issue(s)with the person or people they talk about but never admit it.
It's a personal issue many times and not biblical or something that can be truly spiritually discerned.

If it is a Biblical issue then in love if they genuinely are concerned, they should go and talk to the person that they are talking about.

3. They never resolved issues that they actually had with the person or people they talk about. It should be a cause for alarm if they talk about handfuls of people in this manner.

4. Discern if the spirit of Pride wants the preeminence

5. Discern if the spirit of control wants domination.

6. Discern if the Spirit of Rejection is in operation causing them to speak ill of others.

7. Discern if it is a critical spirit in operation.

8. Discern if the person suffers from insecurity and by putting others down makes them feel better. This ties in with false humility.

9. Discern if they have been filled by the accuser of the brethren.

True prophets and prophetic people speak in a way to bring future hope.

Prophets speak in a way to bring correction, direction  and instruction .
The desire is to bring Vision to people to fulfill the will of the Lord

Prophetic people will speak edification, exhortation and comfort .

Individuals with a true heart for the Lord and people see the issue or sin in humanity, yet will offer intercession, prayer, solution, counsel, wisdom, restoration, grace and mercy

Unless specifically given a word by the Lord about pending punishment they do not speak condemnation and judgement.

That is the accuser of the brethren in operation and it is slander.

Don't just hear what a person is saying about people, hear the root and the intent of what a person is saying about people!

Reign Like David

Lord, help us to stay humble in the hour of heightened Glory.

Saints, we should never become so elevated or high minded in our authority that we dismiss the people who supported us on the way to our promotion.

Some people prayed, others encouraged us, some sowed and many endured with us while we were in the making.

When we look at King David, we see a beautiful picture of what happens when we bring the best out of individuals in the hardest of situations.

Those men and women became loyal to David. When He became king he still treated them honorably and with integrity not degradingly.

When we are lifted up, our cry should be to raise others up as well.

Christ prayed John 17 that the Glory He had with the Father would be GIVEN to the Apostles and cause all who believe to become ONE.

The Messianic prayer of Hannah is powerful.
She prayed prophetically.

1 Samuel 2:8  He raises up the poor out of the dust, and lifts up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the LORD'S, and he has set the world upon them.

400 destitute impoverished individuals came to make David captain in the cave of Adullam. We also see where David received 200 servants when Nabal passed away.
David is up to 600 plus men including women that became a foundation for his future position as king.
300 of David's Valiant Men came out of the hardest of seasons with David with their lives.

It was King Saul who had brought this stress upon the entire land. They all had things in common with being stolen from, used and being chased.

The prophet Samuel had warned the people what Saul would do.

 1 Samuel 8:9 -22
Saul used the people and forgot his lowly start.
He was king and had everything he could want. Yet he abused his position and brought distress upon the people.

When we can see that we all have the same enemy working to destroy us, it would be better that we learn how to work together instead of apart.

It was the Lord who had turned Hearts to serve both King Saul and David. As Leaders it would do us well to remember that many times God starts our favor off by causing hearts to turn towards us.
It is up to us though to conduct ourselves righteously that we may maintain the favor and continue to grow in it with the people that the Lord has turned towards us so that we may turn them towards Him.

When the Lord favors us and anoints us, that means we've been chosen for a special task.

It doesn't make us more special than other people in a prideful way. It makes us more responsible to serve others humbly.

David used his authority to bring relief, healing and protection to his people.

2 Samuel 5:12 And David realized that the LORD had confirmed him as king over Israel and had blessed his kingdom for the sake of his people Israel.

We must realize the Lord has appointed and anointed us into positions and places not for ourselves but for the people that we are called to serve.

King David was the only King who was able to unite northern and southern Israel. It is such a beautiful picture of the Messianic Kingdom that will unite all tongues, tribes and Nations together under the banner of the one true King.

If we can suffer together and not fall apart or away from each other, then we qualify to reign and serve each other from the heart.

HEAL UNITE PROTECT PRESERVE INCREASE BUILD TOGETHER

The Motive of Validity

I have come to the conclusion that what is important to many in the apostolic and prophetic communities really is not as heavy on Gods heart.

We live in a season where doctrines and teachings are being taught to validate, verify, authenticate people in their perspective offices.

Many times it is done in the spirit of anger and bitterness due to long seasons of dealing with unbelief from churches, ministries, family, friends and people saved and unsaved.

When the center of teaching revolves around hurt, anger and rejection, it releases another spirit.

As the Apostles walked with the Lord and He was rejected, they wanted to take action.

Luke 9:53  And they did not receive him, because his face was as though he would go to Jerusalem.
54  And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elijah did?
55  But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of.
56  For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them. And they went to another village.

They went to another village! Even though one place rejects, let the Holy Spirit redirect.
Shake of the dust and keep moving.
Keep sharing, teaching and doing good deeds.

Taking on an us versus them mentality is very counterproductive.

One must develop an us for them mindset.

If not, then the work and ministry is already being built incorrect.

Deep healing and restoration is needed in order to be truly effective in the work of ministry.

The servant is not above his master.
A disciple is not greater than his teacher.
We will experience persecution amd rejection.

The fight to persuade others about who they are in a calling can be rooted in being self centered more than Christ centered.

This could go for any office or gift, but has become an ear mark for many still coming into the awareness of five fold ministry especially apostles and prophets.

The abandonment and rejection felt from people can cause one to make all of their teachings to work to get others to believe in them or ministry.

This is not Kingdom Order.

We are given the ministry and the Word of reconciliation to get others to believe in Christ.
In the same way that no one can see the Father without the Son and the Father reveals the Son, so it is with those who He calls.

Jesus said John 14: 10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.
11  Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake.
12  Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

If they do not believe the word can they see the works?

When John the Baptizer was preparing the way the scripture says he did not do one miracle. His design was to point to the One.
Had he done one miracle, they might have called him Messiah.

John 10:41
And many came to Him and were saying, "John indeed did no sign, but everything that John said about this man was true."

Can we say that everything we say and even do is true? Can we say we are true in pointing to Christ and our example?

The design of the ministers of the Lord is to create a place for the Glory of God where His Name can be called upon and His Word taught.

Not just teach on how those ministries come from God so men are convinced about them.
If God cannot convince His people our flesh will do very little.

Peter was commended in identifying Christ as the Son of God.
Matthew 16: 17  And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

We can spend a load of time teaching people things they will never see nor believe unless Heaven reveals it.

May we live out Kingdom Order here in the Earth that reflect the Fullness of who He is and wants us to teach.
May we come into a place of demonstration where we can say "at least believe us for the works"
